Scottish businessmen Jim McColl and Sir Arnold Clark are among the top 10 “skillionaires” in the UK, the wealthiest people who have taken apprenticeships or other vocational qualifications. The rich list was compiled for City and Guilds and WorldSkills 2011, the international competition being held in London in October.
