Last call for poems

Entries to this year’s Poems to Post! competition must be in by June 6. To celebrate National Poetry Day on October 9, schools are invited to submit entries from pupils aged five to 18 on the theme of transformation. Poems should be a maximum of 16 lines, in English or Scots or Gaelic with English translation.

The winning entry will be published in a set of eight specially designed postcards. The winner’s school will receive two days of poetry workshops with writer Matthew Fitt.
