Is there any evidence that target setting works? Are SMART targets so smart? Whose idea was it?
Was it borrowed from American corporate ideology? Are they still using it? Why is it supposed to work in education and health?
Are you all as fed up with targets as I am? Is it a conspiracy to make us do more paperwork?
