Lottery scoop 31st October 1997, 12:00am Tes Editorial John Leggott College, Scunthorpe, has been awarded Pounds 60,000 from the Arts Council lottery fund to set up a community arts centre. The centre will include a recording studio and a theatre for a resident company.
