Organisations representing black people fear the Government’s New Deal for the young unemployed will fail to help people from ethnic minorities, according to a new survey.
The Black Training and Enterprise Group said that ethnic organisations had not been included in New Deal planning. The group recommends monitoring to make sure ethnic minorities receive proper help from the programme.
