As National Poetry Day (October 7) approaches, the Poetry Society is searching for the most poetry-active school in the UK. Keats House in Hampstead, which won the prize of top Poetry Landmark after last year’s nationwide search, will make links with the winning school (wherever it may be) for a year. Nominate your school at www.poetrysociety.org.uklandmarkfront.php by October 3. On the same site you’ll find a teachers’ toolkit for organising NPD events on this year’s theme of food.
