Margaret Beckett, President of the Board of Trade, this week announced two award schemes to reward collaboration between universities and industry. The President’s Partnership Prizes will give up to Pounds 100,000 to academics working with industry.
The awards, called Foresight, are designed to encourage sustainable technology, the social impact of industry and new manufacturing techniques.
