In the past, teachers used to do the job of examination co-ordinator. Is that still the case or are there “administrators” doing it now? If so, do they get the equivalent of a point or two?

This is the sort of administrative job where the workload agreement has replaced teachers with other staff. Under the new teaching and learning responsibility (TLR) points to be introduced from January, no additional money can be given to teachers for this type of task, so anyone still receiving an allowance is likely to lose the extra money after the period of safeguarding runs out.
