North-west joins global lesson

Pupils from three of the North-west’s schools have taken part in what was billed as the world’s biggest-ever lesson. Children from Pleckgate high in Blackburn, Moorside primary in Droylsden, Manchester, and St Benedict’s Catholic primary in Handforth, Cheshire, took part in special lessons in London as part of the Global Week of Action for Education.
