We are preparing for the new Ofsted judgments and are working to this list:

Gypsy, Roma, Traveller? Check.
Academically able? Check.
Low income? Check.
Disabled, looked after, vulnerable? Check.
Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender? Come again?
I hope Ofsted finds a way of identifying this group because I can’t.
And regarding your article “Leaving before the final bell in a bid to protect pensions” (30 September) - yes, I will be retiring early, and yes, it is due to the pension reforms.
