The Training and Development Agency for Schools has launched a national online continuing professional development (CPD) database offering guidance on quality courses. According to the quango, some 41 per cent of schools never consult with a national organisation for help and assistance with CPD. The database aims to provide intelligence on the type of CPD offered nationwide.
