Open your mind to therapy

Diane O’Shea (right), head of maths at a Hertfordshire school, is offering her services as a hypnotherapist. She trained after her children left home and is a member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis.

The technique not only helps with smoking cessation and phobias, she says, but a range of conditions including stress, anxiety, and insomnia.

“I’ve been teaching for 30 years and I’m aware of the tensions and stresses teaching can bring,” says Diane. “I can help teachers suffering from the pressures of the job.”
