Your editorial headlined “Rush for the exit”, (TES, April 18) draws attention to the number of teachers leaving their jobs and looking for new posts, which, unsurprisingly after so many years of Conservative government reforms, is at record levels.
You appear to miss, however, the key point.
Surely, given the enormous numbers of such teachers on the move, it is now time to start an official transfer market, complete with transfer fees?
