PC World’s INK for IT scheme

22nd September 2000, 1:00am
Schools taking advantage of PC World’s INK for IT scheme will be getting a good deal for themselves, and doing a good turn for the environment.

The computer outlet is offering vouchers to spend in any branch in return for recyclable printer cartridges. The company plans to collect and re-use these hitherto wasted supplies in support of the Government’ Are You Doing Your Bit? recycling campaign. Cartridges are valued according to brand and model and a school could earn enough to purchase a new PC by collecting just over 250 vouchers. To participate, write to Anna Lord, INK for IT project manager, PC World, Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hampstead HP2 7TG, quoting reference PR103.
