Could I ask that in future you add “frustrated, discouraged, hampered, disconcerted, dispirited and dejected”?
Not in this instance from the point of view of those trying relentlessly to secure suitable employees. On the contrary, from one of probably many who has tried - and is slowly tiring - in their attempts to gain employment within the teaching profession.
The talent is out there, waiting to be discovered.
