Matthew Sweeney, Jo Shapcott, Moniza Alvi and Val Bloom are among the poets available to run two-hour workshops at the Poetry Library, Royal Festival Hall, London SE1, for a fee of Pounds 75 plus travel costs. An information pack containing poets’ CVs and examples of their work is available from the children’s librarian on 0171 921 0664.
Teachers are also encouraged to bring school groups to use the library’s book and audio-visual collection.
