MINISTERS have agreed a pound;620 million package for school buildings in the next financial year. Councils in England have been allocated pound;459m - an increase of pound;6m on this year’s funding and church schools pound;161m. The money will pay for new buildings, repairing temporary classrooms and upgrading facilities.
