It’s official - Ifield has the worst primary school in West Sussex.
I was engulfed by anger at the politicians; depression at my uselessness; anxiety for our children, and a despairing sadness for those who have worked so hard.
The incalculable upheaval of closure, relocation, loss of playing fields, hot meals, and morale - all this, and more, was just too much for this primary school - it just didn’t stand a chance.
