Anyone who thinks that personality is fixed before adulthood, independence and the opportunity to learn from life probably spends his or her time filling in forms.
These people should not have anything to do with making decisions about education or children.
Psychometric testing provides a snapshot on the day; a two-dimensional picture of a person. This will be yet another money-spinner for people who really have no commitment to the future of children or trainees of any kind.
