Resource of the week.

Access FM

is an acronym that budding designers can use to evaluate their products and how they might perform in the real world. The letters stand for aesthetics, cost, customer, environment, size, safety, function and material. This link to the original accessfm.com website shows teachers how to navigate pupils through the different stages of evaluation, and includes a case study on how the iPod Shuffle measures up. Find it at www.tes.co.ukoriginal-accessfm

All of these resources and more can be found at TES Resources, a collection of more than 50,000 lesson plans, activities, games, ideas and worksheets, covering all subjects from early years to post-16. To view, or upload your own, go to www.tes.co.ukresources.
