Sing out Dowd

15th September 2006, 1:00am
Several classics by the 1960s pop group Sly and the Family Stone are still popular humalongs. And in Coventry, on of their old favourites is climbing back up the charts, thanks to song and dance duo Ray and Julie Dowd at the national office of the Learning and Skills Council. He is the champion for the Agenda for Change. She is the new national LSC’s director of young people’s learning.

And what are they singing? “It’s a family affair”, of course.
