The Strathclyde experience is set to be exported. Following a European gathering last year, the summer academy model is to be adopted in Spain and Holland. Barcelona University and Twente University in Holland will be running pilot schemes. Other links have been established with members of the European Access Network, with a number of representatives of the European Consortium of Innovative Universities (ECIU) and with the European Schoolnet organisations.
