Students want to be primed for uni

Undergraduates feel they lack vital skills needed for university study, according to a survey by University of Cambridge International Examinations. It shows that 94 per cent of university students feel their school or college could have prepared them better for university. Half of 1,000 current first-year students feel they lacked the necessary independent study and research skills when they arrived.
