Library doors have opened once again, and bookshops have shelves waiting for you to browse.
With the summer holidays nearly here, you are presented with the best opportunity to catch up with any of those must-reads that have escaped them when fighting their way through to the end of term.
So we asked the teachers of Twitter what they would recommend you read this summer.

Some teachers suggested some non-fiction texts that might help when term resumes.
I would encourage every educator to read ‘Why we sleep’ by @sleepdiplomat. We as teachers are often very guilty of working late and going to bed late and this is a real eye opener. Also a very interesting insight into the impact of sleep on learning amongst many other things.
