A Sussex craft teacher who fractured vertebrae when she fell over a wooden crate in a school workshop agreed on Monday to a pound;175,000 compensation deal.
The High Court heard that Judith Dunn, 47, had suffered constant pain since the accident in in January 1990 at St Bede’s School, Eastbourne.
