Two 10-year-old boys have been cleared of raping a nine-year-old girl at their London primary school.

The pair and the girl’s cousin are, however, still standing trial at the Old Bailey for indecently assaulting her. They are alleged to have taken part in a sex attack on the girl in the boys’ lavatories at their school on May 6 last year.

Another 10-year-old boy has been cleared of indecent assault.
