TES Nominate Your Mates competition: terms and conditions

- In order to enter this competition you will need to nominate 5 of your friends to register as a member on www.tes.co.uk.
- An email will be sent to your nominated friends inviting them to register. During the registration process, they will be asked how they heard about TES, and one of the drop down boxes includes recommended by a friend. They need to click this and they will be able to enter your email address.
- By submitting details of individual’s email addresses to this competition you AFFIRM THAT YOU HAVE THE INDIVIDUAL’S CONSENT TO SHARE THIS INFORMATION.
- For every 5 friends who register on the site, you will receive one entry for the competition.
- You will automatically be entered into the competition when 5 people list you as the recommended friend
- There is no limit to the number of entries you can have.
- The winner will be chosen at random from all the entries received by the closing date of the competition.
- We will carry out a check to verify that the winner’s friends are legitimate education professionals, and we reserve the right to select another winner if this condition is not met.
- The prize is a Standard Fiat 500 1.2 Pop model. The Standard Fiat 500 1.2 Pop specification includes 185-litre boot, electric windows, remote central locking, anti-lock brakes, radio CDMP3 player, and seven air-bags.
- The competition start date is the 3 November 2011 andends on the 31 January 2012
- To be eligible, your friends must register on or before the closing date of 31 January at 11:59 PM.
- The decisions of the contest judges are final. The prize must be accepted as awarded.
- For UK residents, the prize includes registration of the car and 6 months tax.
- If you are not resident in the UK, the car will be purchased in your country of residence.
- No cash alternative will be offered and all prizes awarded by TSL are non-transferable.
- The winner will be contacted by email upon close of competition. If no response to this contact has been received within 28 days, the email address will then be deemed invalid and another winner will be selected at random from the remaining entrants.
- The winner of the competition will be published in TES Magazine and on www.tes.co.uk.
- The Editor reserves the right in hisher reasonable discretion: (a) to disqualify any claimant, competitor or nominee whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of the rules or the intention of the promotion and to declare as void any or all of their claims or entries based on such conduct; (b) to declare as void any claims or entries resulting from any printing, production andor distribution errors (including but not limited to any error(s) on this website, andor other printed materials) or where there has been error(s) in any aspect of the preparation for or conduct of the promotion materially affecting the result of the promotion or the number of claimants or the value of claims; (c) to add to or to waive any rules on reasonable notice; andor (d) to cancel the promotion or any part of it at any stage in the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control.
- The Editor reserves the right in his reasonable discretion to substitute the car with a car of equal value.

- You must be 18 years old on 31 January 2012 to enter this competition.
- Entry to the competition is conditional on acceptance of these terms and conditions. If your email address appears as a recommendation five times , you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms.
