Welsh literacy boost 6th September 1996, 1:00am Tes Editorial The Basic Skills Agency is expanding its Family Literacy programmes in Wales with a grant of more than Pounds 800,000 from the Welsh Office. The cash will pay for literacy courses in each education authority.
