Youth turnover

9th April 2004, 1:00am
The chief executive and chairman of YouthLink Scotland have quit for personal reasons. Simon Jaquet has headed the organisation for the past two years but handed in his notice before the Easter break. He is replaced as interim chief executive by Joan Fraser, who has been on secondment to YouthLink since last September. She was previously head of division in the Scottish Executive Education Department. John Neil, chairman for eight years, has made way for Peter McNamara, current vice-chair and education convener in North Ayrshire.
