Taking life advice from actor and rapper Will Smith is a given. It is he who taught us how to shake a room, the benefits of the Floridian city of Miami and warned us that if we fought with our peers, our mother may get nervous and send us away to our rich relatives in California.
So we assume that it is Smith’s maxim of “So if you stay ready, you ain’t gotta get ready, and that is how I run my life” that has encouraged the government to launch a scheme to make sure FE staff are ready for the introduction of the new T-level qualifications.
