CHILDREN’S charity Barnado’s has been criticised by the Committee on Advertising Practice for an advertisement that appears to show a child injecting heroin. A pokesman for Barnado’s said: “Our aim was not to shock, but to dramatise the potentially disastrous adulthoods awaiting many disadvantaged children.”
