If your school wants its own website but is worried about building it, there’s a new online service to get you going. Millennium Schools, from the people who ran the national Tesco SchoolNet 2000 project, promises to provide the tools to build a school website for the whole school community - teachers, children, parents and governors. For your pound;750 annual subscription you get readymade templates to create your own website.

According to the organisers all you need to do is provide your own content.

Using Millennium Schools’ Website Building Kit you can have pages up on the web in minutes picked from a range of 200 templates, with no programming to learn.
