With reference to the article (TES, November 29, 1996) which mentions Banbury School, it is quite true that our learning centre initiative is well attended and has achieved startling success because of the variety of literacy projects offered.
However, we do not turn pupils away from the centre; in fact, we do everything we can to accommodate the growing numbers.
