Angry of Argyll

Last year saw a substantial drop in the number of complaints received by Argyll and Bute Council about its education service. There were 52 complaints about schools, of which45 were resolved by the end of the year. Three-quarters of schools had no complaints at all and no single issue caused disproportionate problems, officials report.
