A NOTTINGHAM boy convicted 55 times in the last two years has been made the subject of an anti-social behaviour order which will last for two years under the 1998 Crime and Disorder Act.
Nottingham City Council applied for the order against the 14-year-old because it said the courts had failed to protect the community from him. If he breaches the order he can be taken back to court and sentenced.
