Apple bounces back;Letter

I would argue the quality of Apple products is far superior to low-end clones. From personal experience in charge of over 60 Macs, our annual repair budget was less than pound;250. Over the three years, I can only remember changing two floppy drives and one hard drive, on machines used daily for admin work. Mr Whitehead has obviously no knowledge of the Apple networking software, either, which is probably the easiest and safest to set up.
