Apprenticeship plea

The Association of Learning Providers has asked the Department for Children, Schools and Families if its members can make presentations on apprenticeships to secondary teachers during their in-service training days. The association hopes to make teachers better informed about apprenticeships when advising pupils. Chief executive Graham Hoyle is writing to Sarah McCarthy-Fry, the junior schools minister.
