The multiple-choice quiz asks employees to rate the physical environment, learning resources, encouragement to learn, rewards, practical help and support available to people wanting to further their education.

The campaign hopes the quiz will show how a positive learning climate can encourage people to learn.

Michelle Wake, Campaign for Learning’s marketig director, said: “An adverse learning climate inhibits the transfer of learning from a formal training environment to the workplace. However, a positive learning climate will not only make the most of formal learning but also encourage informal learning on a day-to-day basis.”
