Are you sitting comfortably?

Adjust your chair so you can sit in a relaxed position with your feet flat on the floor. If the work surface is significantly higher than elbow height when you are sitting, you may need to raise the seat and use a foot rest.

Experts recommend that the top of your computer monitor should be at eye level, but some say a slightly lower monitor can be more comfortable.

A keyoard drawer allows you to use your work surface more flexibly and can widen a narrow desk.

Reading paper documents generally requires better illumination than reading computer screens. An adjustable desk light can provide additional light on paper without casting a glare on the screen.

A copy holder will make viewing documents easier while using the computer.
