For the RSPCA Young Photographer Awards 2001, young people aged under 12 and from 12 to 18 are invited to send in images they have taken of their favourite animal or animals. Closing date: September 14. First prize is an Olympus digital camera, pound;250-worth of Hodder Wayland books and pound;250 in cash.
