CONTROVERSIAL proposals to knock down a London school and rebuild it using private finance face further delays after the developers were ordered back to the drawing board. Planners at Westminster city council want the St George’s Square Partnership to reconsider its designs for a new Pimlico school and residential flats, following objections from hundreds of local residents, ward councillors, and parents.
