The latest edition has some timely advice from that renowned legal ambulance-chaser Cameron Fyfe of Ross, Harper and Murphy entitled: “What can parents do if they are not happy with the exam results process” (question-mark missing). Proceed with a test case against them, the sage advises.
This will not be good news for Dennis Gunning, the SQA’s director of development. By dint of excellent page planning, Gunning’s apologia - accompanied by upbeat hopes for the future - appears on the reverse of Fyfe’s invitation to take legal action against the SQA, and then continues alongside it.
Gunning’s piece is not headed: “What can I do if I am not happy.”
