The Qualifications and Curriculum Authority had a big hairy audacious idea once. It was going to become a “much more public and open organisation”. Dr Ken Boston and other top brass were going to answer direct questions from the public in special live Q and A sessions on the Internet. In the event, Ken was otherwise engaged for the first session on November 12. Questions were answered by the “quality audit division”.
