Dr Ken Boston and other top brass were going to answer direct questions from the public in special live Q and A sessions on the Internet. In the event, Ken was otherwise engaged for the first session on November 12. Questions were answered by the “quality audit division”. Perhaps they should have “quality audited” their own answers because they got their figures totally wrong twice.
