A BOY allowed back to school after being convicted of sexually assaulting two female classmates has agreed to leave anyway. The 14-year-old, who cannot be named, returned to his Nottingham comprehensive to the dismay of his victims after governors overturned the head’s decision to expel him. Education Secretary Estelle Morris made clear she was prepared to force governors to back the head’s decision.
