Full details and an application form for the sixth annual conference organised by The TES Scotland and Perth College appear in the FE Focus section, page 27.

This year’s theme will be “The Cutting Edge: Education and Economic Success” and the event, now established as a major feature in the educational diary, will take place at the college on April 18.

The keynote speakers are George Bennett, vice-president of Motorola with responsibility for the company’s semiconductor manufacturing plants and a member of the Advisory Scottish Council on Education and Training Targets and Professor Alan Smithers, director of the Centre for Education and Employment Research at Brunel University.
