I am writing to correct the misleading contents of the mischievous article about Nye Rowlands and the Association for Principals of Colleges (TES, January 31).
The fact that Nye Rowlands disagreed with the APC majority on the lecturer contract issue does not in any way affect his entitlement to the full benefits of APC membership. If he were to apply to the APC for advice he would be supported in exactly the same way as other members of the association.
