Beyond fault?

I believe that teachers are reflective and, if anything, rather too self-critical. When I am monitored or “inspected”, I seek to improve my practice after feedback for I know that I will never cease to learn from others. Could it be that ispectors have reached that zenith of perfection whereby they are faultless ? Surely everyone needs to know where they could improve professionally or, conversely, receive praise for their positive features? The phrase lifelong learning springs to mind...
