Catholics are keeping on top of Glasgow’s school rationalisation plans and their denominational effect, if an intriguing entry in the Western Catholic Calendar is anything to go by.
Under the pastoral commissions section for the archdiocese is the entry:
“School closures. Agency for the study of. Mr Peter Mullen.” Has “Big Peter”, once head of the biggest secondary in the world, or at least in Glasgow, and now a member of the city council, found fresh employment?
