Pott Row first school in Norfolk is 150 years old, and staff have been celebrating with pupils all week. Now they have something else to celebrate, as the staffroom will shortly take delivery of a Waitrose hamper full of Duchy Originals organic goodies. Pott Row is a tiny village school with just 37 pupils, and headteacher Michelle Petzer has requested the hamper as a big thank you for her wonderfully supportive and hardworking staff. During the week they have organised a wealth of activities including an open day, a Victorian music hall, a dance workshop and a Victorian teaching day and picnic. Ms Petzer says their time, effort and hard work are what makes the school the happy and contented place it is. She also wants to commend everyone for coping so well with 15 weeks of building work, renovation and disruption.

The hamper contains a lemon drink, home-made jams and lemon curd, mouth-watering chocolates and crunchy biscuits. It usually costs pound;46 and is available exclusively from Waitrose Direct Gifts, at www.waitrose.com, which delivers to any mainland UK address. For a chance to win one, just tell us why you and your colleagues deserve it. Send your message, marked Waitrose offer, by email or postcard to the address on the right.
