Braille in Welsh

Welsh-speaking blind and partially sighted children can now read in their mother tongue thanks to the development of Welsh Braille by the Royal National Institute for the Blind. A WB early reading scheme, teachers' manual and adults' primer have been produced and about 40 WB books ranging from early readers to GCSE. Details: RNIB, 224 Great Portland Street, London W1N 6AA.
